การวิจัยเรื่อง “นวัตกรรมการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการประเมินผลการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ข้อ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันแพลตฟอร์มประเมินผลการศึกษายุคดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มประเมินผลการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้แพลตฟอร์มประเมินผลการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย และ 4) เพื่อประเมินแพลตฟอร์มประเมินผลการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลตามหลักพุทธธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เป็นการวิจัย (R&D) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 4 คน อาจารย์ผู้มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ จำนวน 5 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน บุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน จำนวน 3 คน และนิสิตปริญญาตรี จำนวน 200 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 215 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า :
1. การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของแพลตฟอร์มประเมินผลการศึกษายุคดิจิทัล พบว่า ระบบเดิมที่ใช้อยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยมีข้อจำกัดหลายประการ ไม่รองรับเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ มีความยุ่งยากในการบริหารจัดการ และขาดการบูรณาการหลักพุทธธรรม ทำให้ไม่สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัล
2. การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มประเมินผลตามหลักพุทธธรรม ได้นำหลักอริยสัจ 4 มาบูรณาการเป็นกรอบแนวคิดหลักในการออกแบบและพัฒนา แพลตฟอร์มที่ได้ประกอบด้วยระบบ LMS สำหรับผู้เรียน และ CMS สำหรับผู้สอน มีโมดูลหลัก 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ จัดการเนื้อหา, จัดการผู้สอน, จัดการผู้เรียน, ประมวลผลรายวิชา, โครงสร้างรายวิชา และกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดยแพลตฟอร์มถูกออกแบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ใช้งานง่าย และสอดคล้องกับบริบทของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย
3. การทดลองใช้แพลตฟอร์มกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 215 คน พบว่าแพลตฟอร์มสามารถใช้งานได้จริง มีความน่าเชื่อถือ ใช้งานง่าย และรองรับการประเมินผลได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจากผู้ใช้ เช่น การลดขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน การเพิ่มฟังก์ชันสื่อมัลติมีเดีย และการปรับปรุงการแสดงผลคะแนน ถูกนำไปปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความเหมาะสมของแพลตฟอร์ม
4. การประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งานแสดงให้เห็นว่า แพลตฟอร์มมีประสิทธิภาพในระดับ “มากที่สุด” ทั้งในด้านฟังก์ชันการทำงานและความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ผู้ใช้แสดงความพึงพอใจสูงสุดต่อความสามารถของระบบในการสร้างและจัดการหลักสูตร รวมถึงระบบการประเมินผลดิจิทัล แพลตฟอร์มช่วยลดความยุ่งยากและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการประเมินผลตามหลักพุทธธรรมได้อย่างชัดเจน พร้อมทั้งมีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาต่อเนื่องในอนาคต
Research Title: Innovation in Developing a Digital Era Educational Assessment Platform Based on Buddhist Principles for Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the current condition of the digital era educational assessment platform of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University; (2) to develop a digital era educational assessment platform based on Buddhist principles for the university; (3) to implement and trial the use of the digital era educational assessment platform based on Buddhist principles; and (4) to evaluate the platform’s performance. This study employed a research and development (R&D) methodology. The sample consisted of 4 administrators, 5 instructors with experience in online teaching, 3 educational technology experts, 3 teaching-support personnel, and 200 undergraduate students, totaling 215 participants. The research instruments included an interview form, a platform efficiency evaluation form, and a satisfaction questionnaire.
The results showed that:
1. The study found that the existing assessment platform at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University had several limitations, including outdated technology, complicated data management, and a lack of integration with Buddhist principles. These issues made the system unsuitable for the learning styles of the digital era.
2. A new platform was developed by integrating the Four Noble Truths (Dukkha, Samudaya, Nirodha, Magga) as a conceptual framework. The platform consists of a Learning Management System (LMS) for learners and a Content Management System (CMS) for instructors, featuring six main modules: content management, instructor management, learner management, course processing, course structure, and learning activity management. This platform is highly flexible, user-friendly, and aligned with the context of a Buddhist university.
3. The platform was piloted with a sample group of 215 participants, including administrators, instructors, educational experts, support staff, and students. Results showed that the platform was reliable, easy to use, and supported various assessment formats. User feedback, such as simplifying registration processes, adding multimedia functions, and enhancing score display and reports, was incorporated to continuously improve the platform’s efficiency and suitability.
4. Evaluations by experts and users indicated that the platform achieved the highest level of efficiency in functionality and ease of use. Users expressed the greatest satisfaction, especially regarding the platform’s capability in course creation and management, as well as digital assessment functions. The platform effectively reduces complexity and enhances the efficiency of educational assessment according to Buddhist principles. Further feedback has been gathered for ongoing development to support sustainable future use.
