การพัฒนาวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุข ตามหลัก 5ส ของวัดในตำบลบ้านคา อำเภอบ้านคา จังหวัดราชบุรี

        The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of development of the "Wat-Pracha-Rat-Sangsuk" Project(Temple-People-State Happiness) based on the 5S principles of temples in Ban Kha Sub-district, Ban Kha District, Ratchaburi Province; (2) to compare the development levels of the "Wat-Pracha-Rat-Sangsuk" Project based on the 5S principles of temples in Ban Kha Sub-district classified by personal factors; and (3) to study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions regarding the development of the "Wat-Pracha-Rat-Sangsuk" Project based on the 5S principles of temples in Ban Kha Sub-district. This study employed a mixed-methods research design. For the quantitative research, data were collected via questionnaires from 384 residents in the Ban Kha Sub-district area. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested using F-test (One-way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA). For the qualitative research, the study used documentary analysis and interviews with 12 key informants. Data were analyzed using contextual content analysis technique.

        The findings of this research were as follows:

        1. The overall level of development of the "Wat-Pracha-Rat-SangSuk" Project based on the 5S principles of temples in Ban Kha Sub-district, was found to be at a high level (x= 3.52). When considering each aspect individually, the area with the highest mean was Shine or Cleanliness, which was at a high level (x= 3.79). This was followed by Sort or Organization, also at a high level (x= 3.64). The aspect with the lowest mean was Standardize, which was at a moderate level (x= 3.13).

        2. The comparison of the development of the "Wat-Pracha-Rat-SangSuk" Project based on the 5S principles, classified by personal factors, revealed that people with different genders, ages, levels of general education, and monthly incomes showed no significant difference. However, people with different occupations showed a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted.

        3. Problems and obstacles,it was found that the temples lack physical and environmental development. Space is limited and lacks systematic allocation, while some structures are old, damaged, and unsafe. Furthermore, there is a lack of efficient waste management systems and insufficient community participation. Suggestions included: temples and communities should collaborate to improve spaces using the 5S principles, zoning should be established for safe meditation and relaxation areas, resources and funds should be mobilized through fundraising activities, and cooperation with Sub-district Administrative Organizations (SAOs), government agencies, or the private sector should be sought to support materials and equipment.
