การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเลย

This research aimed to: 1) study the current state of leadership development among educational administrators in the 21^st century under the Office of Vocational Education, Loei Province; 2) propose guidelines for developing leadership in educational administrators in the 21^st century based on the Four Iddhipāda Principles under the Office of Vocational Education, Loei Province. The study employed a mixed-methods research approach. The sample consisted of 218 individuals, including school directors, deputy directors, and teachers. The research instruments included questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research results were as follows:

1. The overall leadership of educational administrators in the 21^st century under the Office of Vocational Education, Loei Province, was at a high level, both overall and in specific aspects. The aspects ranked from highest to lowest in mean score were teamwork, technology and digital utilization, problem-solving, and analytical and creative thinking.

2. Leadership based on the Four Iddhipāda Principles among educational administrators in the 21^st century under the Office of Vocational Education, Loei Province, was also at a high level, overall and in specific aspects. The aspects ranked from highest to lowest in mean score were teamwork, technology and digital utilization, problem-solving, and analytical and creative thinking.

3. Guidelines for developing leadership in the 21^st century based on the Four Iddhipāda Principles require administrators to possess satisfaction, passion, and enthusiasm for their administrative work. Success in administration requires not only diligence but also attentiveness to tasks. Administrators should focus on their work, evaluate, analyze, improve, and adjust their practices. Self-development to enhance knowledge and abilities is essential for effective administrative leadership.
