An Analytical Study of Role and Self-Development of Peacemaker Min Gun Tipitakadhara Sayardaw in Myanmar

This dissertation consists of three objectives, 1) to analytical study of role and biography of Min Gun Tipitakadhara Sayardaw, 2) to analytical study of the self-development of Min Gun Tipitakadhara Sayardaw working as peacemaker in Mayanmar, and 3) to analytical study of the role and Self -development of the peacemaker Min Gun Tipitakadhara Sayardaw in Myanmar. According to the role and self-development of Min Gun Tipitakadhara Sayardaw, he sat for the Third Tipitakadhara Selection Examination where he recited the five Vinaya Texts and became the holder of "Visittha-vinayadhara Mahavinayakovida" title. He was honored by the President of the State and many Sayadaws and laymen. He sat for the Fourth Tipitakadhara Selection Examination and passed the recitation of the first five treatises on Abhidhamma and corresponding written examination. He passed the recitation of the second part of the Abhidhamma Pitaka and corresponding written examination with distinctions. He was honored and offered the title "Buddhasasanavisittha Abhidhammika Mahabhidham- makovida" with a religious flag marked by two white umbrellas, by the President of the State. He sat for the Sixth Tipitakadhara Selection Examination and passed the recitation test and corresponding written examination of remaining Pitaka Texts. The President of the State honored him at a grand ceremony where he conferred "Tipitakadhara" title on the Venerable Sayadaw U Vicittasārābhivamsasa. He became the first monk to win this title. During the same year, he was praised and honored by many religious associations as well as Buddhist devotees throughout the country. 1. Making it a Tipitaka.2. Acting as Sayadaw (Sixth Sangha Gita Vissajjaka) as the Sixth Sangha council.3. Compilation of the 6 parts, 8 books of the Great Chronicle of Buddhas are the three former missionary works and 1. Donation for construction of State Pariyatti Sasana University.2. Emergence of local and foreign missionaries.3. Donation for the construction of Zivita Dana Religious Hospital in Mandalay are the three later missionary activities of the Sayardaw. Therefore, he wrote and compiled the Big Buddhavamsa Books (8 volumes), conducted Sangha matters as a secretary at Sangha Mahānāyaka (Central) for the sanctity of the Sangha, by shining the honor of the Buddhists of Myanmar, as a monk Tipitaka dhammabhandāgārika appeared for Myanmar and the Sixth Sangha Council was successfully carried out. He has successfully established both the State Pariyatti Missionary University and enabled all the people of Myanmar, rich and poor, to benefit from Vihāra charity.
