การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนต่อมาตรการควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ในอำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น

        The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of public political participation in COVID-19 control measures in Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province; 2) to compare the level of public political participation with COVID-19 control measures in Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province, classified by the samples’ factors; 3) to study the Four Iddhipāda (Paths of Accomplishment) affecting the public political participation in COVID-19 control measures in Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province; 4) to study the guidelines for promoting the public political participation in the COVID-19 control measures in Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province by using mixed research methods. The samples consisted of 398 participants and eight key informants. The tools used to collect data were the questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis was conducted using a social science computer program, and the content was analyzed together with its contexts.

        The research results were as follows:

        1) The public political participation in COVID-19 control measures in Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province, was statistically rated at a high level, excepted the aspect of taking benefits rated at the moderate level.

        2) The comparative results indicated that the people with differences in age, education, occupation, and monthly income had their political participation differently; for those with gender differences had their political participation indifferently, and the Four Iddhipāda Dhammas (Paths of Accomplishment) has affected on the level of the political participation with significant statistic relation of 0.01.

        3) The guidelines for promoting public political participation are that: in terms of making a decision, the public should be allowed to participate in the meeting; in terms of operational aspect, social media to inform news should be used; in the aspect of taking benefit, the use of Mor-Chana and Thai-Chana applications should be promoted; in regards to monitoring and evaluation, correct information should be disclosed to the public.
