การขัดเกลาทางสังคมเชิงพุทธเพื่อแก้ปัญหาการข่มขืนบุคคลภายในครอบครัวในสังคมไทย

          This research has three objectives; 1) to study the statement of problem and the cause of rape occurring to family member in Thai society, 2) to study the refining on Buddhism and society to solve the problem of incest in Thai society, and 3) to present guideline of the Buddhist socialization for solution of insect in Thai society. It is used the documentary research.

             It was found that the sexual assault of family member in Thai society is increasing, it especially is with a group of children and youth. The cause of sexual assault occurring with family member, in Buddhism and society is the similar cause; 1) the mental state, 2) the behavioral state, and the social state. Buddhism has emphasized on the mental explanation not on physical explanation. Then, the social explanation is correspondence with Buddhism, that is; 1) the psychological state is explained that it is due to the mental factor which is abnormal, 2) the behavioral state is explained that it is due to the physical factor, and 3) the social state is explained that it is caused by the environmental factor and the social context.

            A guide of Buddhist socialization to solve the incest in Thai society it is the Buddhist socialization by depending on the mental strength which is deeply embedded from the shame of evil and fear of sin. The performance of duties is to practice of Brahmavihãra and the six Disa. The process of the socialization is divided into two ways: 1) the virtues controlling mind straightly means the person remind to goodness and badness and the responsibilities, 2) the process of socialization which means using other ways leading to the real practice such as law, family institute, and social norms.
