แนวทางการบริหารความโปร่งใสตามหลักสุจริต 3 ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the need of management of transparency of Opportunity Expansion Schools, 2) to study the methods for management of transparency based on the three principles of Sucarita of Opportunity Expansion Schools, and 3) to propose guidelines for management of transparency based on the three principles of Sucarita of Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Office of  Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 226 samples and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 experts and then analyzed by content analysis.

                 The results of the study indicated that:

1. The need of discipline of lower secondary students of Thammasat School Khlong Luang Wittayakhom in Pathum Thani province in descending order is that; 1) Readiness for assessment from any agents (PNI modified=0.057), 2) Fairy responsibility (PNI modified=0.015, and 3) Access to operation information(PNI modified =0.038).

2. The methods for management of transparency based on the three principles of Sucarita of Opportunity Expansion Schools indicate that: schools should have clear strategic plans and objectives for assessment of any agents, schools should have clear work target and duty classification for fairy responsibility, and schools should have to follow the measure in promoting morality and transparency in the organization for the access to operation information. When the three principles of Sucarita are applied to the three areas of school work, it can lead to the efficient work results as the target having been set.  

               3. The guidelines for management of transparency based on the three principles of Sucarita of Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1 are in readiness for assessment from any agents, in fairy responsibility, and in access to operation information.
