Objectives of his dissertation were: 1. To study the general condition of raising of citizenship consciousness in deciding to exercise the right to elect members of the House of Representatives in Ayutthaya 2. To study the factors affecting the consciousness of democratic citizenship in deciding to exercise the right to elect members of the House of Representatives in Ayutthaya and 3. To present the application of Buddhist principles to promote the raising the citizenship consciousness in deciding to exercise the right to elect members of the House of Representatives in Ayutthaya, conducted by the mixed research methods. The qualitative research, data were collected from 18 key informants by in-depth-interview and from 9 participants nf focus group discussion. Data were analyzed by descriptive interpretation. The quantitative research, data were collected from 400 samples, derived from the voters in 4 constistuencies with questionaires that had reliability value at 0.908. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results were found as follows: 

1. The economic and political conditions of the past are the first things people use to decide elections. People's well-being represents strong political stability, followed by the form used in the campaign. Party policies These are evident in the management of politicians who want to solve problems for the people. If the work is good, it can create more awareness for people to decide to go out and vote. 

2. The results of the analysis of intervariable relationships to be used to create correlation matrices in the creation of citizenship consciousness in voter decision-making. It was found that the multilinear co-delimitation index of tolerance was between .095-.990, which is greater than the specified value of .190 and the variance expansion factor value. A value between 1.010-10.479 which exceeds the specified value is 5.3, indicating that internal factors that influence the creation of consciousness and the principle of morality 6 in all aspects meet the specified criteria, there is no problem. Internal factors influencing the creation of consciousness It affects the creation of democratic citizenship consciousness. There are 4 areas with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, sorted by the following equations: political participation, importance of common good, exercise of freedom with social responsibility, and exercise of rights but not abandonment of duties in democracy. It was found that it affects the creation of democratic citizenship consciousness and the principle of morality 6 affects the creation of democratic citizenship consciousness. There are 4 aspects with statistical significance at the level of 0.01, sorted according to the following equations: Mercy Acrobatics and Mercy Meditation found to affect the creation of democratic citizenship consciousness

3. Presentation format of application of Buddhadhamma principles to promote citizenship awareness in deciding to vote for members of the House of Representatives in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. It was found that there are the following applications: 1. Compassion acrobatics is a physical expression of kindness and good hope towards one another. 2. Compassion is a verbal expression of compassion. Use polite and sweet words. 3. Compassion is an expression of kindness, goodwill towards one another, and based on the common good. 4. Public Interest: It is the sharing of things that are rightfully obtained, even small things. to be shared and used together. 5. The color of the eye Conduct oneself according to the discipline of society in order to achieve physical, verbal and mental goodness. 6. Attitude Believe in the principles of cause and effect. Good wit. The application of the principles of Buddhist Dharma in the essence of the Dhamma is a place of remembrance. Make love Respect and harmony as a whole are very high (Χ ̅= 3.98). When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects.
