This dissertation aims to study the process of development of mindful peace sleeping through peaceful Buddhist means. This research typically mentions the process of the Development of mindful sleeping, especially through Buddhist peaceful means. A process of development is the mindful sleep through Buddhist peaceful means or (MPS). That is a way to study the possibility of mental and body relations. In addition, the study for exploring the way of self-resilience practice through day and nighttime.
Thus, There is process of development of mindful sleeping through Buddhist peaceful means would be an optional path for better sleeping. This research will indicate three main topics for its exposition: Neurology, Psychology- hypnosis and Buddhist teaching.
Research Scope
The research boundary is in Thailand and mainly focused on the target group of middle age from 34 to 67 years old
A Process of Development of Mindful Sleeping through Buddhist Peaceful Means is as follow . Mindfulness practices improve sleep quality. Mindfulness, an innate capacity often enhanced by mindfulness training, has been shown to relate to better sleep quality and different aspects of psychological well-being. However, how individual difference factors such as trait mindfulness relate to sleep quality remains unclear, limiting the optimization and further application of mindfulness-based intervention schemes targeting the improvement of sleep quality. Mindfulness is a non-reactive, non-judgmental, and present-centered awareness in which each thought, feeling, or sensation accepted as it is. The suggestion that mindfulness is similar to character advantages in positive psychology, often referred to as a trait that exists naturally and varies within the population, a state of consciousness that developed with mindfulness training. However, mindfulness-based sleeping interventions have been effective in producing positive mental health outcomes, such as reducing physiological symptoms related to anxiety, levels of self-perceived stress and alleviating symptom severity of patients with mental illness.
