การวิจัยเรื่อง “ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในโรงเรียนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติตามวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง” มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความมีวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทรรศนะของครูที่มีต่อวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง จำแนกตามภูมิหลังของครู ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ระดับชั้น ที่สอน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นบุคลากร และนักเรียน จำนวน 265 คนโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ(Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) โดยการทดสอบค่าt- test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนจำแนกทางเดียว One-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
ผลการวิจัย ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในโรงเรียนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติตามวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง พบว่าความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร ความคิดเห็นของบุลากรในโรงเรียนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติตามวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง ด้านวินัยการเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย x̄ =3.34 ด้านการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีของสังคม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย x̄ = 3.66 สรุป ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร ความคิดเห็นของบุลากรในโรงเรียนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติตามวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย x̄ = 3.50
ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง ด้านวินัยการเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางมีค่าเฉลี่ย x̄ =3.48 ด้านการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีของสังคม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย x̄ =3.70 สรุปความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามวินัยของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย x̄ = 3.53
ข้อเสนอแนะ 1) ควรศึกษาหาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติและการส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียนทุกระดับการศึกษา 2) ควรศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติและส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียนต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียน
This is aim to study “School Personnels’ opinion on the practice of discipline of primary school pupils in Phrapradaeng municipality” The objective is to study the opinions of school personnel in the discipline of students of primary school under the municipal Phrapradaeng. To compare the opinions of staff in school to discipline of students with elementary schools under the Municipal Phrapradaeng.. By the background of teachers were sex,, age, work experience, level of teaching and school size. Data were collected from a sample teachers and students of 265 people. Questionnaires were used as a tool to study.Data analysis using the percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test. The one-way analysis of variance by One way Anova. The results were as follows:
Results “Developing discipline of students in elementary school’s in the municipality of Phrapradaeng” found that the views of teachers about developing discipline of students in elementary school’s in the municipality of Phrapradaeng. The discipline of learning the overall moderate with the average x̄ = 3.34 Members of the society the overall high level with the average x̄ =3.66 Summary of teacher comments about developing discipline of students in elementary school’s in the municipality of Phrapradaeng the overall moderate with the average x̄ = 3.50 Summary of the students’ opinions about the discipline of learning the overall moderate with the average x̄ = 3.48. Members of the society the overall high level with the average x̄ = 3.70 Summary of the students’ opinions about developing discipline of students in elementary school’s in the municipality of Phrapradaeng the overall high level with the average x̄ = 3.53
Recommendations 1) should study the factors influencing performance on the implementation and promotion of student discipline at all levels of education. 2) should learn about the practice and discipline of students to promote effective implementation of student discipline.
