รูปแบบวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยในจังหวัดราชบุรี

          Objectives of this dissertation were: 1. To analytically study general conditions of problems and obstacles of participatory political culture existence in Ratchaburi Province, 2. To study the participatory political culture that support strength according to democratic system in Ratchaburi Province and 3. To propose a model of the participatory political culture that enhance the strength according to democratic system in Ratchaburi Province with Saraniyadhamma application

              Methodology was the qualitative research, data were collected from document, observation, in-depth-interviewing 31 key informants and 11 participants in focus group discussion and analyzed by triangulation, comparison, conclusion, and content descriptive interpretation.

              Findings were as follows:

              1. General conditions, problems, obstacles of the participatory political culture existence were that people comprehended the democratic system of government and believed in people sovereignty and believed that people own the power, have right, freedom and brotherhood so that people casted their votes to select persons, not the policy of the party and followed-up the politicians performance, organized rally, dared to express political opinions but still have votes buying and selling behaviors.

              2. People’s participatory political culture that enhanced strength according to the democratic system consisted of 6 dimensions. They were self-development, honoring others, individual differences acceptance, equality acceptance, abiding by rules of laws and common consciences.

              3. A model of people’s participatory political culture that enhanced the

Strength according to the democratic system integrated with Saraniyadhamma consisted of 6 dimensions. They were 1) helping with one another’s business, self-development, and readiness to sacrifice times for holistic benefits, 2) announcement of beneficial things, speaking with polite words and honoring one another, 3) wishful thinking with wide open minds, 4) sharing benefits equally and fairly, 5) morality with laws openly and in private, 6) democratic conscience, accepting the majority and respecting the minority votes.
